‘Catch Your Dreams’
This is my first tattoo. It is Joel Madden from the band Good Charlotte’s handwriting. I got him to write it out for me so that I could get it tattooed. The meaning behind it is pretty simple - Good Charlotte have been my favourite band for the past 9 years, and Joel Madden is my idol and inspiration. I graduated high school last year, and I felt that this being one of my favourite lyrics, ‘Even when I’m gone I’ll never leave, so go on and Catch Your Dreams’, and GC being such a huge part of my life throughout my entire high school years, it was fitting to get this done :) Good Charlotte, and Joel Madden, inspire me everyday to be positive, work hard for what I want, and go after my dreams. That’s basically what this tattoo means to me :)
